Lucien Desselle

Lucien is a military brat, so he had the privilege of being born in Germany and spending the first 12 years of his life there. He hasn’t stopped moving and traveling since! Lucien has worked in sales and retail, but he says nothing comes close to the excitement of working in a restaurant.

He started serving at a pizza restaurant where he became a corporate trainer and bar manager. Lucien started working for Drake’s in 2019 and became Managing Partner of Drake’s Huntsville in 2020. Lucien then became Managing Partner of Drake’s Chattanooga in 2024. He says, “After five long years I found my way to my forever home at Drake’s and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision!”

Fun fact: Lucien has had a passion for beer ever since he tasted his first IPA. Whenever he finds the time, he loves to create his own delicious beer concoctions. Lucien married his beautiful wife in 2012 and they have two daughters together.
